The feedback I received from my teammates was not only very


Overall helpful but also pleasantly surprising. As per my teammates and
my friends, I am an easy-to-go person and hence for them, it
becomes very comfortable to communicate with me. Also, I am
pretty flexible in my approach and happy to listen to
suggestions.

What were you already aware of? What surprised you?


As a person, I’m passionate about I was not very sure about my listening skills. I
learning new things and a very light- never thought that I might be a good listener but
hearted and sportive one. All these that is one of the important feedback I received

Goal for By the end of the year, I need to come up with either a new

consulting job in the manufacturing domain.

process difficult for you?

Barrier I lack strong public presentation skills that are very important for a
consulting role.

Barrier Due to Covid-19, it is difficult to attend in-person


presentations/toastmaster’s workshops for presentation skills.

Barrier I need to overcome my tendency to become impulsive and


impatient while working on critical tasks.

List at least two meaningful actions you can commit to in order to achieve your goals for each
development priority. Initially consider actions that you can practice each day and/or each

Benefits of Making Your Visions a Reality


1. Being in touch with friends who can help me in improving my communication would

help me prepare for my dream consulting job/s and also this would allow me to interact
with my peers in a better way.

2. Most of my classmates in HULT are international students and better presentation


and communication skills would sure help both the parties to connect better with each
other.

3. Better communication would help me to improve my in-class and online learning.

4. Meditation would help me to keep myself calm and avoid panic in stressful situations.
This would not only help me personally but also help my teammates while we would
work on team assignments collectively.

5. Meditation and awareness about Covid-19 would any health-related complications


and will keep my peers safe too.

Accountability

Priority Evidence

A new business idea or By the end of March 2021, I should be able to come up

manufacturing industry and how to improve the same.

improvement club and by the end of this academic year, I should be able to
present my business paper in a larger forum.

Spreading awareness about I should be able to train at least 5 people on the


technology technological front by the end of July 2021.

You will be more successful if you invite others to hold you accountable for your action plan.
Consistent reinforcement of new behaviors is needed to improve, but there might be many
innocent reasons why things slip. These might include lack of comfort with new behaviors,
simple lack of awareness of all the ways that old behaviors kick in, procrastination, or declaring
victory before the game is won.

A good way to invite others to hold you accountable is to give permission to ask simple
questions every week that will cause you to reflect on your actions and (re)commit to your
