COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
COME NOW the Parties, unto this Honorable Court,
respectfully submit for approval their Compromise Agreement stating
as follows:
“WHEREAS, the Parties are the biological parents of
the minor Natasha Aethelwyne Hebron Aquino who was
born on 15 May 2015;
WHEREAS, the parties deem it best to resolve their
issues concerning support, visitorial rights, and custody of
Natasha Aethelwyne. In view of the paramount interest of
Natasha Aethelwyne, the parties agree to the following
terms and conditions:
1. Respondent shall have custody of the
Natasha Aethelwyne at her residence at Brgy.
Poblacion, Candelaria, Zambales;
2. Petitioner is entitled to visitorial rights. As
such, he may take Natasha Aethelwyne for a bonding
moment at nearby place, on a reasonable hour and
day, upon prior notice to Respondent;
3. On summer school break, Petitioner shall
take Natasha Aethelwyne for a vacation in his
residence Cabuyao, Laguna for a period of one (1)
month. For this reason, Petitioner commits to fetch
Natasha Aethelwyne and bring her back in Zambales;
4. Natasha Aethelwyne shall celebrate her
birthday and other milestones with each of her parent
alternately;
5. Similarly, Natasha Aethelwyne shall spend
holidays, such as Christmas and New Year, with each
of her parent alternately. For this 2020 holidays,
however, considering the travel restrictions due to the
COVID-19 pandemic, the Petitioner may celebrate
Christmas and New Year with Natasha Aethelwyne,
provided that said minor shall remain in Zambales;
6. Petitioner expressly acknowledges his
obligation to financially support Natasha Aethelwyne.
Thus, he will provide a monthly support equivalent to
the amount of at least Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000).
Said support shall be comprised of: (1) cash in no less
than One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500);
and (2) in-kind items equivalent to no less than Three
Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P3,500). The monthly
support shall commence upon approval by the
Honorable Court of this compromise agreement;
7. The amount of monthly support may be
modified accordingly depending on the needs of
Natasha Aethelwyne, and upon reasonable notice to
the Petitioner;
8. The parties undertake to equally share in any
emergency expense incurred by Natasha Aethelwyne
such as, but not limited to, hospitalization or medical
treatment;
9. The parties undertake to provide Natasha
Aethelwyne free and open communication to the other
parent while she is with either of them;
10. The parties undertake to provide their
respective personal contact information, and inform
the concerned party should there be any changes;
11. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing
prevents the Parties from making arrangements at any
given time with respect to matters concerning the
welfare of Natasha Aethelwyne.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, the parties respectfully pray for this Honorable
Court to approve the Compromise Agreement and to render
judgment in accordance herewith.

EXPLANATION
(Pursuant to Section 11, Rule 13 of the 1997 New Rules of Civil Procedure)

Copy of this Compromise Agreement was served to the Office


of the Solicitor General through registered mail due to distance and
limited staff complement making personal service impractical.
