Activity 1: Situational Analysis

1. Encourage a healthy and active lifestyle throughout the school body.

2. Nurture sportsmanship in all aspects of competition.

3. Widen each student's sporting experience and enjoyment.

4. Create a passion for active recreation and sport.

5. Assist students in reaching their physical potential in a variety of sporting environments.

Activity 3: Brainy and Healthy

1. My Action: surely, i do that routine and participate in the same time

My reason: the reason i participate in the program because it improves my fitness and it is a great help in
my health wich my body can fight in sickness. In addition, it's a good routine.

2. My Action: Your action: Of course, as one of his/her family, it seems that the word "help" will
automatically do so. In that case, helping his/her by giving some guidance or advice will surely advocate
him/her to loose weight and pursue a healthier lifestyle to be physically fit. For us as a family, we must
always been there for him/her to serve as an inspiration.

Your Reason: Helping someone who is in need is really an important matter. We don't just help because it
is what is right but because it is what is needed. My conscience will not be at ease if I will only stand and
leave the person behind(pity and no strength to help his/herself). God made us to make good deeds and to
take care with each other. Remember that no man is an Island.

3. My Action:  I will just support my friend.

My Reason: Cause if it can make her happy then why just can't I support her? It's her decision. So I'll just
support her. As long as she's happy then it'd be fine to me.
Activity 2:
ZUMBA FITNESS ADVOCACY

The fitness advocacy is to promote the Zumba not just for kids or
elders but it is for everyone to achieve the fitness goals that we are
aiming for. This advocacy wants to realize to people how important to
be physically fit.

This advocacy wants to build a team that will work with a specific
positions and of course the members will decide who will act as their
leader in their group. The purpose of the leader in this advocacy
campaign is to unite all the members with their amazing ideas on how
could be this group will run for a long time until the next generation.
As what I’ve said in the first statement, this Zumba fitness
advocacy campaign is not just for kids or elders but for everyone who
want to achieve the healthy body. And also during the Zumba, the group
will provide sounds in order to have a lively Zumba.

Zumba is not just to keep your body physically fit but it is also
good for mental health because it improves your overall mental fitness,
as it melts away stress, boosts your mood and makes you happier. If
oxygen-rich blood is transferred to the brain, it improves attention and
concentration. Concrete benefits of exercise on your brain are
following: it boosts your memory.
