Notes: 1) Calibrated at Ambient Temperature of 23 ºC (±2 ºC). 2) Calibration is required whenever pressure recorder is believed to be in error
regardless of last calibration date. Maximum calibration interval shall not exceed 12 months (Sch Q, Att IV, Section7). Apply legible sticker to
recorder. Pressure Recorders are very expensive and delicate instruments. As calibrated, they exhibit no evidence of mechanical damage or
mishandling. Safety Item: Damaged pressure recorders shall be sent for repair by manufacturer authorized personnel. Report damaged recorders to
Quality for entry into equipment log and investigation for root cause of damage.
