MECHANICAL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER STOPS WORKING

DESCRIPTION

The hour counter in the mechanical instrument cluster may jam internally and no longer logs the worked hours.

ACTION

Production
Production introduced an improved mechanical instrument cluster effective from serial number HFB111788 . The
hour counter assembly of the mechanical has improved parts.

SERVICE

Replace the instrument cluster with the new instrument cluster when the hour counter within stopped and no longer
logs the worked hours.
NOTE: It is not possible to enter the hours from the old instrument cluster into the new one. It is therefore recommend-
ed to write the old hours on top the rear of the new assembly with an indelible pen suitable for writing on plastics or CD

For identification, the new instrument cluster has a label

with the new part number as well as a round purple stick-
er.
