CRISIS MANAGEMENT PLAN/ CAMPAIGN

In the year of 2020, we are facing a challenging time for the Covid-19 situation. This situation is
going to reach in alarming situation. Our government already declared that the scenario can be
worst in the winter time. So, here I would like to develop a crisis management plan for the
Covid-19 situation.

Objective
 To build up social awareness to the people so that they can protect themselves
 To build up a sustainable environment and generation to protect from the worst pandemic
situation
Target Audience
The target audience would be the poor slum people and the lower middleclass people. Target
audience is being decided by the fact that these people are more unaware about the issue and
they face this problem most of the time.

Key Message
The key message would be “Let’s Fight against Corona Virus”. (“চলো যাই যুদ্ধে করোনার বিরুদ্ধে”)

Tactics
For the promotion of our crisis management campaign we are going to post a press release on
two printing newspapers and in the online news portal. We are also going to post on our
Facebook page and website about the campaign. This campaign relevant posts are also uploaded
from the official Facebook page of City Group. We additionally going to provide leaflets and T-
shirt in which one facet will incorporate the logo of City Group and different side will provide
proper information about the campaign.

We will start our crisis management campaign on 5th October 2020 to 7th October 2020.

After completing the whole campaign I hope that we will be able to say that we can complete a

strategies will be able to create an awareness and also create a nice environment to build up
social safety in a sustainable way.
