Start By:

A. Remove the engine side guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove
and Install".
B. Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".

1. Remove hose assemblies (1) from primary fuel filter (2) and secondary fuel filter (4). Disconnect
electrical connector (3). Remove all the cable straps.

2. Remove exhaust ejector (4) and precleaner (5) from hood (6) .

3. Attach Tooling (A) to hood (6). Attach a suitable lifting device to hood (6). Remove hood (6). The
weight of hood (6) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb).
