quota through the Combined Competitive
Examination, 2018.

Reference: Letter No. PSC/Ex-18/KAS dated 21.12.2021 from the

J&K Public Service Commission.

Sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary
appointment of Ms. Rukhsana Choudahary D/o Maqbool Hussain
R/o Bari, PO Smailpur, Bari Brahmana, District Samba in the
Jammu and Kashmir Police (Gazetted) Service in the pay band of
Rs. 9300-34,800 with grade pay of Rs.4800 (Pre-revised) with
immediate effect.

The appointee shall be on probation for a period of

two years during which she shall undergo such training and pass
the Departmental Examination as prescribed under rules.

The appointee shall initially report to the Director

General, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and
Rural Development (IMPA&RD) for undergoing foundation course
as per the Training Policy notified vide Government Order No. 916-
GAD of 2019 dated 9.8.2019 and after completion of the
foundation course at J&K IMPA&RD shall report to the Director
General of Police, J&K for undergoing the prescribed training.

The appointee shall be allowed to join only on

production o f the following certificates in original:-

(i) Qualification Certificate

(ii) Date of Birth Certifiate
(iii) Domicile Certificate
(iv) Relevant Category Certificate
(v) Any other certificate required under rules.
 I n case, she fails to join within a period of 21 (twenty
one) days from the date of issuance of the appointment order, she
shall forego her right to appointment which shall be deemed to
have been cancelled abinitio without any further notice.

The salary of the appointee shall be drawn and

disbursed to her only after the receipt of the character and
antecedents verification report from Additional Director General of
Police, CID and subject to production of an affidavit (as per
Annexure-11) to this order. I n case she is adversely reported upon
by the verifying agency viz. CID or the relevant category certificate
is found not to be genuinelvalid, she shall have no claim to hold
the post to which appointed and her appointment shall
automatically stand cancelled without any further notice.

It is further ordered that for purposes of determining

her seniority in accordance with Rule 24 of J&K Civil Services
(Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, she shall be
deemed to have been appointed to the Jammu and Kashmir Police
(G) Service notionally w.e.f 9.12.2020 i.e. when other candidates
figuring in the select list were appointed vide Government Order
No. 1100-JK(GAD) of 2020 dated 9.12.2020 and regularly from the
date of issuance of order. The notional appointment shall be for
purposes of determination of seniority only and shall not confer
any monetary beneft to the candidate.

(c) I have completed the formality for obtaining character and
antecedents verification report from the CID

(d-1)* Iunderstand that the character and antecedents verification

report in my case has not been furnished till date to the
competent authority.

(d-2)* I understand that the verification report in respect of the

category certificate has not been furnished by the concerned
Deputy Commissioner in my case.

I,therefore, undertake that in the event of permitting me to join,

pending receipt of the characterfantecedents verification report and
the category certificate report, Ishall have no claim for the post in
the event of my being adversely reported upon by the verifying
agency viz. CID or the category certificate found not to be genuine.
