Introduction
Event management is the application of project management to the creation and development of
large-scale events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts,
or conventions. It involves studying the brand, identifying its target audience, devising the event
concept, and coordinating the technical aspects before actually launching the event.
The process of planning and coordinating the event is usually referred to as event planning and
which can include budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits,
coordinating transportation and parking, arranging for speakers or entertainers, arranging decor,
event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans. Each event
is different in its nature so process of planning & execution of each event differs on basis of type
of event.

Location
Our online event management company will be in all over the Sindh province, peoples who are
living in the Sindh; from anywhere they can book their party and any type of event. In addition,
our target is those type of people who cannot customize their events in small towns, all the
peoples of Sindh province they customize their events easily. In addition, we will create a page
where peoples can do complaints and we will open our offices of our company in the different
cities of Sindh. we will open our offices in Karachi city, and our second office will be in
Hyderabad and 3rd will be in sukkur and 4rth office will be in the Larkana, in the begging we will
open four main offices in the four big cities of Sindh province.

Mission
Expand the business throughout the sindh. We will take pride in our work, we guaranteed you
with 100% of satisfaction, we hope to be able to serve you, we will make sure that in that special
day (your day) you and your guests can enjoy a grand event.

Vision
To be known as the best and famous event management company in Pakistan. We will provide
such kind of platform, where people can enjoy their event and feel pride.

Problem statement
As we observe, that there is not such kind of event management who provides all types of event
to the peoples of Sindh, and there is not any such type of online event management. Who
provides all types of events, as we are providing, such as, festivals, conferences, ceremonies,
weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions etc.
Solution
After that, we had done a survey, from that we can observe that why not, we will provide such
type of online event management so that people get maximum benefits of this.

Objectives
 Provide facilities to people of sindh, they book their events easily
 Increase our business day by day
 Get maximum attention of people to our selves
 Get low profit at per event, so that we will become famous in our society
 Book maximum events (every type of events)

Market Research
Survey:
We have conducted a survey to make a business plan on online event management; therefore, we
had done market research.
We have collected the sample data through questionnaire, and that questions were in Likert scale
questions types. Than we collected data randomly, the total number of respondents was 100. Our
Questionnaire was based on demographic variables that are Age, Gender, Occupation, and
Household Income and Martial status and consists of about 10 questions.

Interpretation: 50% of the respondents are agreeing out of 100%, 42% respondents are
strongly agreed, and remaining 8% are neutral.

Interpretation:53% of the respondents are agreed out of 100, 35% respondents are agreed,

We would set affordable prices ranges keeping in view the purchasing power of our targeted
customers would be achieved and The pricing scheme will be based on a per project estimate
tailored to each customer. Our pricing strategy will be at high quality at low price.

Our event management company will be online; means everywhere in the Sindh province people
can get benefit of our event management company. As we have mentioned about our offices
before, we will open four branches of our company in four big cities of Sindh province, 1st
branch will be in Karachi, 2nd office will be in Hyderabad, third office will be in sukkur and 4th
office will be in Larkana.

Promotion
Several forms of advertising and promotion will be use including a website, partnerships,
networking with the Chambers of Commerce, and participation at various tradeshows. In
addition, many type of advertisement channels.

 They can book their events or parties online.
 They can pay payments through bank.

Legal structure
Partnership: A partnership is a business owned by two or more persons or entities that have a
legal right to share in the company’s profits and losses. The partners may or may not be
employees of the business. If they are, the business must pay employment taxes on their behalf.
If they are not, they receive the same tax treatment as sole proprietors. For federal tax purposes,
the partnership must file an informational return that reports operational profits and losses, and
the partnership is responsible for employees’ employment taxes and any excise taxes. The
income tax that the partnership generates “passes through” to the individual partner’s tax return
based on each partner’s share of the business. Each individual partner is responsible for income
tax, self-employment tax and estimated tax.

Pestle analysis
Companies use pestle analysis as a tool so that they can track the environment they are operating or
planning to launch a new project/product/services etc. and pestle analysis stands for, political
environmental, social, technological, legal and environmental.
Political
Our online event management company will follow the rules and policies enforced by the government
of Pakistan. The taxes would pay without any theft; we will be responsible in paying taxes so we could
contribute to betterment of our country and society. We will not pay less than the basic pay of the labor,
we will follow the working hours requirement of the labor, labor force age will be 18 and according to
rules set by the government of Pakistan.

Economic
This factor is very important in term of business. Either it is online business or physical, economic factor
directly related to business and their effect is direct on business revenue or profits. Our country is
under-developing country that faces a lot of ups and downs in prize level of goods as country currency is
going in defects day by day which causes expensive important and supply pull inflation in economy but
our company is tax paid company, and our prices will be average and middle or upper class people can
afford.

Social
Our company will not book or customize that type of events and parties, which affect our society, our
online event management company, will promote the cultural events as well others. Our company will
try to give maximum benefit to those people who are living in the society.

Technological
Our online event management company will provide best services, as we have mentioned we are online,
we will try to give maximum time to our customer in a day, so they can book their parties, or any type of
events easily and quickly.

Legal
Our company will respectfully follow the laws, which the government, our company, gives will not do
such type of activities, which is illegal, and our company will be registered according to the laws, which
are makes, by the government.

Environmental
Our company will not do such type of activities, which affect environment, which makes environment
bad, doing with our business we will do social activities, and also we will participate CSR activities and
also we will give donations to charities, and we will say this with sure that we will ever never plan that
events which effects our society.

Market growth
Market is growing speedily or exponentially due to increasing spending on events. And the people of
sindh are very extroverts they wants improvements in their environment or they wants to get those
opportunities where they can enjoy or do such type of events also young population is increasing and
doing these type of activities.

Marketing trend
In today’s worlds, life of an individual is revolving around the technology and it has become need of
peoples. They think technology has made there life easier and internet is one of the most important
thing that has emerged from technological revolution people have become addictive it internet connect
them to the world.

The usage of internet is increasing day by day as the population of young generation is increasing which
cause great opportunity for the sellers to sell their goods and services online as its save time of buyers
and is more convenient to the target audience

Like other goods and services field of event management has also emerged on online plat form there are
many event management companies operating in Karachi any Hyderabad and the numbers of online
event management companies and their customers is increasing day by day because the customers are
very much satisfied from the services that they are receiving from event planners this emerging field has
a positive trend in Sindh and the events planners has a lot of competition only way to survive in this
highly emerging market is to meet there customers need

Contingency plan
In case if our plan will not work then we have another plan of an online shopping company for females
named as she shop where we will provide cosmetics, jewelry, dresses and other trendy stuffs of girls.
Our online shopping company will be operating in all over Pakistan but manly targeting sindh and
Punjab we will utilize our same offices of Karachi and Hyderabad and offices of larkana and sukkur will
be closed

in addition we will open 2 more offices in Lahore and other Islamabad for the offices same it system of
larkana and sukkur will be utilized

Conclusion
This whole report is about a business plan we want to start in the market of Larkana. Our aim is
to open the “perfect event planner” an online event management company. For that we have
conducted a research from the students, professionals and other local people From Larkana.
Overall we have received very positive response, people seems very enthusiastic about the idea
of a “perfect event planner”.

We have targeted the customers based on geographic, demographic and psychographic factors.
Many analysis have been done like STP analysis, SWOT analysis, Marketing analysis, Financial
analysis etc, in order to know the authenticity of our Business plan. We also have planned an
alternative of the “perfect event planner” in case if it would not work due to any reason.
