Cloud Bread

Ingredients:
 4 Large Eggs
 ½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
 2 ounces Cream Cheese
 1 teaspoon Italian Herb Seasoning
 ½ teaspoon Pink Salt
 ¼ - ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
 1 ½ teaspoons Whole Psyllium Husk
 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
2. Separate eggs. Place egg white in a large glass bowl. Add Cream of
Tartar. Beat on high until whites have stiff peaks.
3. Place Cream Cheese in another bowl. Beat on high to soften. Add
yolks, one at a time while beating. Beat until smooth. Then beat in
dry ingredients.
4. Gently Fold in meringue into the yolks mixture.
5. Spoon ¼ cup portions of the foam into baking sheet lined with
parchment paper. Spread foam to form a 4-5 inch circle. Makes 12
pieces
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes: Store in airtight container in refrigerator for several days. Freezes well too.
