IRREVOCABLE AUTHORITY TO RECEIVE AND DIRECTION TO PAY

TO: REEF RECYCLING AND LOGISTICS PTY LTD (ABN 43 616 655 853)

I, BENJAMIN SCHWERIN, hereby CONFIRM that Employee Claims Pty Ltd t/a
Employee Dismissal Claims ACN 638 548 115 has been appointed to act as my paid agent
and I hereby IRREVOCABLY AUTHORISE AND DIRECT you to pay all or any monies
which are or may become due to me as a result of any settlement or determination of any
claim before the Fair Work Commission (Monies) to a bank account held with an Australian
financial institution in the name of Employee Claims Pty Ltd (Bank Account) by way of
electronic funds transfer.

Employee Claims Pty Ltd shall hold the Monies on my behalf and account to me accordingly,
and its receipt of the Monies into the Bank Account shall be sufficient discharge of your
obligation under this irrevocable authority to receive and direction to pay and your obligation
to make payment of Monies to me.
