Another responsibility I have at Target is being a Guest Service Advocate, such as I work by the check lanes.
The duties I have within this position are: cashiering, maintaining the self-checkout registers and working
the guest service desk. Within the guest service desk I am in charge of assisting guest with any problems,
complaints, or returns they may have. No matter what position I work at Target I ensure the guest leaves in
good manner and want to return to Target soon.

Skills & Abilities

MANAGEMENT
 I have experience in many different forms of management. I am good at time management as I have to
balance my busy schedule between school, work, and time spent with the Naval Reserve Officer Training
Program. I have money management skills through counting cash draws and making sure the correct
amount of money is in the safe at the end of each shift. I also have people management skills as I have to
train and properly position my team members each shift to ensure the shift runs smoothly.
COMMUNICATION
 I have experience in communicating in fast paced high stress environments. Being a Coach at Chick-fil-A
requires that I have to be able to clearly and concisely convey my goals that I want to complete each shift.
I have to also convey what I need from the kitchen in order to meet the standards of the guests.
LEADERSHIP
 I am apart of the Naval Reserve Officer Training Program at the University of Arizona and have had
opportunities in leading small groups of people through various challenges. I have also been responsible
for training new team members to be successful in their jobs at Chick-fil-A.
