BUILDING LAWS AND UTILITIES AFFECTING THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF COMPLEX
BUILDING

During the couple of decades, architecture and construction fields have been constantly
engaged in dynamic development of technology together with formulated laws in congruence
to the needs of modern man to protect life and limb, control and give convenience not
forgetting the environmental and ecological impact of this designs and construction.
Another is the sustainability- it’s about creating things that will last about buildings with long
and useful lives, using forms of energy which are renewable, creating communities that endure.
Green building is about turning this basis for sustainability into reality.
Research indicates that the buildings are complex in nature that considerations are needed to
address and create an edifice that functions, serves, sustainable and ecological friendly to its
users, specifically people.
Part-1

11. Illustrations /drawings/pictures as support the above requirements.
