 Job protection, attractive compensation packages, and employee benefits also help to recruit
the best people.
Weaknesses:
 Technological lack of awareness.
 The most up-to-date protocols and methodologies are not put into effect.
 IT professional development is entirely missing among the staff.
Opportunities:
 Investing in cutting-edge technologies and innovative technology.

Threats:
 Political unrest and pressure will seriously damage SBP's operational processes.
 Unnecessary having to borrow even by authorities.
 The production of counterfeit money.
