As part of this role my responsibilities included assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts with
variance analysis and recommendations for decision making. I also assisted in preparation of semi-annual &
annual accounts and all regulatory reporting requirements for group entities.
I was also assisting the Corporate Finance function, coordination and compilation of annual budget, Investment
portfolio performance reporting on monthly basis and quarterly presentation of value creation initiatives. I was also
supporting financial analysis and valuation of investment opportunities, developing investment teasers,
presentations and valuation models for co-investors, and preparation of projections, cash flow models and
presentations for lenders to secure project financing.
