Terms & Condition :

1 We will require Min. 10 hours/day for working i.e. between 10.00 am till 9.00 pm.
2 If labors are required to stay at site, Extra Rs. 2000/- will be payable per labor per month as a food expense.
3 We will require a small lock and key storage to store our material.
4 Above BOQ is as per the dwgs shared, billing and measurement will be as Actual execution at site.
5 Payment terms : 60% advance against order. Further payment slot will be every 15 days against running bill.
6 Complete work Front will be provided from your end including removing of Hardwares and other openable
items before start of the work.
