47 making coronavirus vaccine for months has not yet received emergency use authorization from the federal
48 government,” that as like in Australia there is an “UNREGULATED” production of liquid to be
49 used as so called “vaccine” and then when it becomes approved then well just throw in the
50 unauthorised batches. And when then such as the infected polio vaccination health officials hold
51 they might as well use it then who cares about the health and wellbeing of the children. Well, ask
52 those children then injected about possible trauma they suffered over all those years if they were
53 harmed by it!

55 What appears to be clear is that unauthorised production is eventuating and this to me proves
56 also that the TGA lacks to clamp down on this when it was occurring in Australia.

1 While the TGA may claim that it inspects every batch, this to me has absolutely no meaning
2 where TGA head John Skerritt made known not to know about what was in the vaccine when
3 asked by Leigh Sales on 17 February 2021.

5 What is so strange on this story is that it refers to “15 million Johnson & Johnson vaccines
6 unusable in US after production error” which to me indicates that the doses were already in
7 vails. To explain in a simplified manner, when a person is going to mix the wrong dough to
8 make little cakes you do not refer to how many little cakes there were when it is still dough. As
9 such, more than likely the incorrect mixture was already in the vials. But, there is more to it. If
10 there was proper quality control then I assume the following should have been occurring:
11
12 *The laboratory places an order with a manufacturer for certain goods to be supplied.
13 *The manufacturer supplies the goods marked appropriately to the laboratory, which upon
14 receiving enters it on the records.
15 *The production office, once aware all required items for production have been received
16 then issue an order accompanied by all relevant details and required requisitions to the
17 person in charge (production manager) for the manufacturing of the vaccine.
18 *The production manager now issue the requisitions to the store manager to be supplied
19 with all the relevant items.
20 *The store manager checking the computer listing ensures that all relevant items are indeed
21 in stock and only then issue the relevant requested items.
22 *The production manager now check each and every item provided by the store manager
23 that each and everyone correspond to the requestion, of which he retained a copy.
24 *The production manager now arrange that all items remain together and are delivered to
25 the site where the particular production of the vaccine is commenced.
26 *The mixer now is required to check each and every item as to corresponding to the
27 required items listed on the order, as to be able to ascertain which how much of each
28 particular item need to be added to the mixture. Then add the required volume to the
29 mixture.

31 So far, it should be clear that even before any QUALITY CONTROL gets involved there is a
32 strict protocol in place to be adhered to as to what is to be used for production.
33 During the process of mixing, but before the mixture is released for filling vials QUALITY
34 CONTROL inspects the mixture for all kinds of requirements. For example, are all required
35 items in the mixture or by human error one item was left out or too much or too little is in the
36 mixture, etc. It would then be that QUALITY CONTROL may detect that something is in the
37 mixture that should not be and then has to reject the entire mixture. This being so the entire
38 system would need to be decontaminated before any new mixture can be prepared. At this stage
39 one cannot talk about “15 million Johnson & Johnson vaccines unusable in US after
40 production error” because there are not and neither can be any “vials” having been filled as the
41 report stated “adding that it had not yet reached the filling and finishing stages when the
42 error was discovered.”. To claim there were “15 million” must indicate to me that the filling
43 process already had been in process and a considerable amount had been already packed. Which
44 would indicate that the QUALITY CONTROL during the mixing process failed.

46 While this is about so-called “vaccinations” I will first highlight personal experiences I had in
47 manufacturing.

49 Let me no for a moment get back some decades before I retired. I was a QUALITY CONTROL officer, and I
50 may state a very good one. If I had a suspicion something was wrong I would delve in every little detail and
51 so often exposed something that on the face appeared to be correct. I ended up with promotion after
52 promotion and then in charge of factories. It was then that the company made clear that while I was

1 responsible for the output (production) of the factories I was also responsible for QUALITY CONTROL, in
2 view of my knowledge and experiences.
3 There I was a young man dealing with workers who had been on the machinery for 30 years or more and well
4 I decided to do my thing. As a QUALITY CONTROL officer I had repeatedly rejected certain products that
5 were manufactured, and well I was not going to get to continue the same problems but get to the needy
6 greedy of it all. I announced that I would require all and any gauges that were used on the machines. Well,
7 those old times quickly made clear I was wet behind the ears, and I better let someone do the job as obviously
8 I lacked to understand what managing a factory was about. I didn’t worry because after all I had a job to do.
9 So, I collected all gauges and requested the tool-room to check each and every gauge and report back to me if
10 they were all correct. As my experienced setters made clear they had been working with those gauges for
11 years and I somehow was going to be smart that somehow there might be something wrong with them, I
12 simply made a complete idiot of myself. After some hours I had a report back that about half of the gauges
13 had been wrongly marked and were as such faulty. OK now the setters who had so much entertained
14 themselves about me being a fool now discovered that after all they were the fools. After all for all those
15 years their work was rejected for being faulty it had cost them their bonuses. Now with the correct gauges to
16 be used only their bonuses went up. As such, I knew that when I had a guts feeling something was wrong I
17 always would do whatever to pursue to discover what was relevant and correct what was wrong.

19 Because I was in management of factories and also was involved in production planning, etc, I
20 am well aware that regardless if it are factories or laboratories certain procedures are generally
21 applicable as to the ordering, storage and requesting items as well as QUALITY CONTROL
22 during manufacturing/mixing.

24 What I view now should ring alarm bells is if this kind of problem can eventuate then how often
25 has this previously occurred and then slipped through QUALITY CONTROL and perhaps
26 deadly so called “vaccines” were injected into individuals (humans) and caused severe harm if
27 not death? Then again the TGA on its website (and so the Department of Health underlining this)
28 that the TGA rigorously check items.

2 someone who knows his job! As such, if John Skerritt doesn’t know what is in a purported
3 vaccine then how can the TGA approve it? If the TGA advisers neither know what is in a
4 purported vaccine how then can they provide appropriate advice? In my view, absolutely nothing
5 should be accepted in any so called “vaccine” unless the TGA knows precisely its origin. If he
6 doesn’t know the origin then it could be from any dangerous origin that could wipe out the
7 human race. Contrary to the tGA website that it so much check vaccines it seems to me it doesn’t
8 at all, as if you do not know what is in it how then do you approve it?

17 The advisers may rely upon the details provided to them and themselves may not actually inspect
18 the content in any vials. As such their recommendations may have to be taken as a grain of salt
19 that may be worth absolutely nothing as to the integrity of the purported vaccine.

21 As I have indicated previously, that pharmaceutical companies have in the past time and time
22 again fined by courts for deceptive conduct falsifying details. As such, I view neither the TGA or
23 its advisers could rely upon whatever some pharmaceutical company (Sponsor) claims as it must
24 ensure a proper QUALITY CONTROL checking to be done but as John Skerritt claimed not to
25 know certain details then well forget about the TGA doing a proper QUALITY CONTROL
26 checking.

28 One may recall the compulsory masks directive by the Victorian Chief Health Officer way back
29 in 2020. Albeit Premier Daniel Andrews in 2021 actually stated that he has no communication
30 until he received the “order” (directive) from the Chief health Officer. As such the Chief Health
31 Officer exercising “administrative powers” has now converted this to “executive powers”
32 unconstitutionally. And then the Chief health Officer subsequently made known that masks with
33 ventilators should not be used, etc. As such, there was in the first place no proper consideration
34 to make an “informed” decision what type of masks was to be referred to. And the Victorian
35 Department of Health then went on to make statements on its website that if one has medical
36 conditions one doesn’t need to wear a masks and doesn’t need to apply for an exemption. Well,
37 the Victorian Police more like NAZI SS storm-trooper proved to ignore this and attacked also
38 women who legitimately were not wearing a masks and well actually throwing them onto the
39 ground and arresting them. After all the rule of law no longer is what legislation provides for but
40 is whatever a police officer decides to make from it.

42 wearing a piece of clothing over your mouth is also acceptable. Well that later was changed to

18 clinical practice. Hardly surprising that Shoenfeld has been called the "Godfather of Autoimmunology" – the
19 study of the immune system turned on itself in a wide array of diseases from type 1 diabetes to ulcerative
20 colitis and multiple sclerosis.
21 But something strange is happening in the world of immunology lately and a small evidence of it is that the
22 Godfather of Autoimmunology is pointing to vaccines – specifically, some of their ingredients including the
23 toxic metal aluminum – as a significant contributor to the growing global epidemic of autoimmune diseases.
24 The bigger evidence is a huge body of research that's poured in in the past 15 years, and particularly in the
25 past five years. Take for example, a recent article published in the journal Pharmacological Research in
26 which Shoenfeld and colleagues issue unprecedented guidelines naming four categories of people who are
27 most at risk for vaccine-induced autoimmunity.
28 "On one hand," vaccines prevent infections which can trigger autoimmunity, say the paper's authors,
29 Alessandra Soriano, of the Department of Clinical Medicine and Rheumatology at the Campus Bio-Medico
30 University in Rome, Gideon Nesher, of the Hebrew University Medical School in Jerusalem and Shoenfeld,
31 founder and head of the Zabludowicz Center of Autoimmune Diseases in the Sheba Medical Center at Tel
32 Hashomer. He is also editor of three medical journals and author of more than 1,500 research papers across
33 the spectrum of medical journalism and founder of the International Congress on Autoimmunology. "On the
34 other hand, many reports that describe post-vaccination autoimmunity strongly suggest that vaccines can
35 indeed trigger autoimmunity. Defined autoimmune diseases that may occur following vaccinations include
36 arthritis, lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE) diabetes mellitus, thrombocytopenia, vasculitis,
37 dermatomyosiositis, Guillain-Barre syndrome and demyelinating disorders. Almost all types of vaccines have

39 ASIA – or Autoimmune/inflammatory Syndrome Induced by Adjuvants (also known as Shoenfeld's
40 syndrome) -- first appeared in the Journal of Autoimmunology four years ago. It is an umbrella term for a
41 collection of similar symptoms, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, that result after exposure to an
42 adjuvant – an environmental agent including common vaccine ingredients that stimulate the immune system.
43 Since then an enormous body of research, using ASIA as a paradigm, has begun to unravel the mystery of
44 how environmental toxins, particularly the metal aluminum used in vaccines, can trigger an immune system
45 chain reaction in susceptible individuals and may lead to overt autoimmune disease.
46 Autoimmune disease results when the body's system meant to attack foreign invaders turns instead to attack
47 part of the body it belongs to (auto is Greek for self). If the immune system is like a national defence system,
48 antibodies are like drones programmed to recognize a certain type of invader (a bacteria say) and to destroy
49 them or mark them for destruction by other special forces. Autoantibodies are like drones that are
50 misidentifying a component of the human body and have launched a sustained attack on it. If they mistakenly
51 target a component of the conductive sheath around neurons, for example, nerve impulses stop conducting
52 properly, muscles go into spasm and coordination fails; multiple sclerosis results. If autoantibodies
53 erroneously focus on joint tissue; rheumatoid arthritis results. If they target the islets of Langerhans in the
54 pancreas, Type 1 diabetes, and so on

2 reactions and developing autoimmune diseases," says the paper. "The healthy immune system is tolerant to

36 appointment where the person is left totally unknown as to any risk to be "jabbed" and

38 As Olga suffers from Hearth Failure, comorbidities, etc, then I view it is totally
39 irresponsible for even to suggest she arrange for any kind of "jabbing" where the Pfizer is
40 not a "vaccination" but a "medical treatment" and as such would require a 'mRNA"
41 specialist medical doctor to first have a blood test done before he/she could assess if the
42 person to be "jabbed" is actually suitable for this.
43 The pharmaceutical companies so far did screen "participants" to exclude anyone with
44 comorbidities" as to avoid any risk to the participants. I am not aware any "clinical trail"
45 has mbeen completed as the information I obtained was that the TGA in 2023 is to assess
46 the items if they can be approved for ordinary usage. As such, currently only "clinical trail"
47 usage appears to be permitted.

3 exposes how the Department of Health has what appears to be stated on its website
4 deceptive/misleading statements and John Skerritt the head of the TGA on 17 February
5 2021 when interviewed by ABC Leigh Sales claimed to follow "government policy".

9 In my view, no amount of legislation by the Commonwealth can prevent anyone who
10 becomes a victim (so their families) to sue the medical profession and so their staff for any

13 1900 (UK) and the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) and it is in my view important that those in
14 the medical profession do not whatsoever violate those legal provisions merely for the sake

33 explain the reported non-natural part in SARS-CoV-2. As such, it could in that regard be claimed
34 that it was manufactured in a laboratory. It is also known that there are reports that the CCP hold
35 allegedly a million or more religious/political prisoners and some have been killed to harvest
36 their organs. I understand that some who received organs subsequently had COVID-19 as
37 allegedly the organ(s) was/were from a person or persons infected with COVID-19. It may be
38 that as the NAZI’s did in WWII that the CCP is using prisoners for medical experiments and
39 well possible laboratory staff then went down to the prison to check on those prisoners and in the
40 process may have become infected themselves. In September 2019 reportedly 3 laboratory staff
41 members were deemed to be infected. However, already in July 2019 the CCP allegedly
42 requested citizens with any kind of fly systems to report to hospitals. This may indicate that
43 SARS-CoV-2 was already then doing its rounds in china well in the early part of 2019. As I
44 understand it in October 2019 in France they had a mystery case in hospital infected with
45 something unknown, this later turned out to be SARS-CoV-2.

39 politicians concentrate on building appropriate quarantine facilities that itself would go a long way. Also to
