DIET

 
MEAL #1
5 whole eggs (cook in macadamia nut oil—see below)
 
MEAL #2
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 2 tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no
sugar added)
 
MEAL #3
8oz chicken with 1/2-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

MEAL #4
SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 2 tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no
sugar added)
 
MEAL #5
8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad with 1 tablespoon of
Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar
 
MEAL #6
SHAKE: 50g Whey with 2 tablespoon all natural peanut butter

VITAMIN SHOPPE)-- this stuff is going to prove to be the ultimate ANABOLIC
NUTRIENT—mark my words. I wish I sold the stuff.
***ONCE A WEEK, HAVE A CHEAT MEAL (one meal)-- make it the last
meal of the day
*** You can use sugar-free soy sauce, mustard, and vinegar for condiments.
*** You can drink water, sugar-free drinks (diet soda), coffee, or tea with equal
or splenda
 
SUPPLEMENTS:
 
(1) JUICE PLUS+ (2 pills of the VEGETABLE BOTTLE in morning and 2 pills
of the FRUIT BOTTLE at night)
Juice Plus+ (Here is the link to purchase it. You should consider taking this supplement
for health reasons as well as for it’s great anti-oxidant properties........... Essentially, it’s 12
servings of fruits and vegetables per day in 4 pills-- no sugar. Since I have been taking it, I
haven’t been sick once; neither have any of my other friends)

(2) Multi-Vitamin 2x per day


(3) Vitamin C (1000mg 2x per day)
(4) Vitamin E (400IU 2x per day)
(5) Primrose OIL (1300mg 2x per day)—essential good OMEGA-6 fats (specifically,
Gamma Linolenic Acid—GLA)
(6) Fish oil pills (Omega 3 fatty acids) 1000mg 3x per day
(7) SUGAR-FREE METAMUCIL 1-teaspoon 2x per day (fiber supplement)—
morning and at night (mix with 4-6 oz of water)—excellent for regulating your bowel
movements as well as for helping to mobilize fat

WORKOUT:

DAY 1 Chest and Calves


DAY 2 Back
DAY 3 Off
DAY 4 Arms and Forearms
DAY 5 Shoulders and Calves
DAY 6 Legs
DAY 7 Off

CARDIO:
Start with 30 minutes/day of walking on a treadmill or peddling a stationary bike
(no tension on the legs).

SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTS:

1. 500mg testosterone cypionate (or enanthate) per week (250mg on


Monday and on Friday). If we can get your testosterone up high enough, you will start
building muscle and losing bodyfat. Right now, your estrogen and cortisol levels are
probably through the roof. Testosterone replacement will negate the cortisol and will
overwhelm the estrogen.
2. LIPOGENESIS (active ingredient is Usnic Acid): I sell it on my
website. It’s a very unusual fat burner in that it is not a STIMULANT. I just WASTES
energy and releases it as heat (you’ll feel a little warm while taking them). However, you
