Open Case
New features are not supported by H-
T60b-S(P)(N), H-T60c-S(P)(N) and H-
T60t-S.
Communication of dual ports would
lead HMI crashed.
Multilink communication would not
work normally.
Downloading application into an old
version of PWS6400 is not supported
by ADP build 193.
SIEMENS PLC S7-200 and S7-200
SMART when Baud rate 9600 and
19200 will get discontinuous value.
Description and Comments
Due to the memory size in H-T60b-S(P)(N), H-T60c-S(P)(N)
and H-T60t-S are not big enough for code size with all new
features in build 176 (and after).
Under some conditions, dual port communication would
lead HMI crashed after a period of time.
In multilink connection, Sometimes more than two slaves
would make the multilink communication not work.
ADP v6.7.0 build 193software does not support to
download application file into old version of PWS6400
HMI with manufacture date before (and) 0936. (Please
refer to DATE on tag at rear of HMI panel)
For this old PWS6400, please use ADP v6.3.1(or before)
instead.
According limited by SIEMENS protocol, when Baud rate is
configured by 9600 and 19200 which will cause Timer and
Counter get the PLC discontinuous value. The solution of
the situation, please adjust Timer and Counter frequency
to balance the update speed. Double confirm by third
party HMI which has the same limitation of SIEMENS PLC.

communicate with Wago PLC. When transfer the project to
PWS6600S-S which become slowly.
PWS6A00 communicates with Facon PLC which configured baud
rate 38400 and SW5 = ON, the communication caused system

crash. If change SW5 to Off or Baud rate change to 9600 which

communication smoothly.
ADP 6.8 alarm triggers voice fail.
ADP 6.8 keyboard cannot show Chinese.
ADP 6.8 Mitsubishi QJ71E71 cannot trigger alarm by using L
device type.
PWS6710T download project to USB Fail, the error message
shows ‘unknown device’.
Windows font library cannot use well.
Momentary button fail.
ADP 6.8 It gets problem to download recipe through COM port.
When on-line simulation select Hitachi H/EH1 series which will
cause ADP crash.
CF card cannot detect when HMI reboot system.
CPU is occupied 99%-100% when communications around 1
week.
There are IP connections fail via Modbus TCP/IP.
Modify Koyo K sequence PLC default address from 0 to 1.
Hitachi EH2 has communication fail when on line simulation.

PWS5610S-S displays alarm Error.

PWS6400 start and close Alarm function which will get wrong
time and date by randomly.
PWS6A00 connected to 13 units TOHO thermal controller, it will
get invalid value randomly.
Use Softpanel under Win XP which connect to MicroLogix
1000/15000 Eth fail.
PWS mono type gets wrong display color when select alarm
message.
ADP& H-Designer select HP PCL LaserJet P1606dn(USB) when
configure Parameters shows “it cannot open P6AP30.tsk” error
message.
Micro printer SPRT SP-A series com 1 cannot print on
