    1. Explain 3 (three) kinds of 5 (five) types of normative legal research approaches and give
    the examples in a research!
    2. Explain 2 (two) types of empirical legal research and provide the examples!
    3. One of the Islamic law research types is fiqh scholar (ulama) research. How do you conduct
    this type of research in terms of legal research methodology? Can it be part of normative
    legal research, empirical legal research, sociology of law research, or all three? Explain by
    giving an example of a thesis title!
    4. Make an outline of a legal thesis proposal, including: a) Title, b) Background, c) Research
    Question, and d) Research Method in brief!
