AFFIDAVIT

I, ELPEDIO L. GARAY, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of P-4 Brgy. 3, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am a pensioner with an average income of

P25,000.00 ;

2. That part of this pension was loaned at UhLand Lending

which will be fully paid on March 2020 ;

3. That as soon as this loan is paid, the original

P25,000.00 be re-instated and the said ATM shall be under
my exclusive possession ;

4. That I hereby undertake to deliver and share the amount

of P10,000.00, monthly effective April 2020 to EDEN O.
TOLEDO my partner unless otherwise revoke ;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth

of the foregoing statements for whatever legal and
legitimate purpose.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 27th
