(Each Team can submit a project only once! And won’t be able to modify it, do that 
very carefully.)  
Final Submission is to be made on D

Each Submission should Contain F

1. Project Name  
WHAT ARE YOU CALLING IT? 

 
2. Tagline 
WRITE A SHORT, SHARP AND ON POINT DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PROJECT 

 
3. The Problem it Solves : 
DESCRIBE WHAT CAN PEOPLE USE IT FOR, OR HOW IT MAKES EXISTING TASKS 
EASIER/SAFER E.T.C (MARKDOWN SUPPORTED) 
 
4. Challenges I ran into 
TELL US ABOUT ANY SPECIFIC BUG OR HURDLE YOU RAN INTO WHILE BUILDING 
THIS PROJECT. HOW DID YOU GET OVER IT? (MARKDOWN SUPPORTED) 

 
5. Technologies I Used 
WRITE A COMMA SEPARATED LIST OF TECHNOLOGIES YOU USED IN BUILDING 
THE PROJECT. 
List as many technologies as you can. 

 
6. Links 
ADD LINKS TO GITHUB, WEBSITE, APP STORE E.T.C OR WHEREVER THE PROJECT 
CAN BE TESTED LIVE 
Public Repository Link(Github/gitlab etc) is a must, for a website deployment link 
is a very big plus!, for apps try to include an apk link(cloud). 

 
 
7. Video Demo 
ADD LINK TO VIDEO DEMOING THE FUNCTIONING OF THE PROJECT 
PLEASE ENTER A VALID YOUTUBE, VIMEO, OR DAILYMOTION LINK 
This field is a must​! If you didn’t provide it, your submission will not be 
considered. 
The Length of video must be greater than​ 2 Minutes​ and can go upto 5
​

8. Pictures 
UPLOAD A MAXIMUM OF 5 PICTURES (SIZE: MAX 1MB EACH) SHOWCASING YOUR 
PROJECT (THE FIRST IMAGE WILL BE USED AS A PREVIEW ON SOCIAL MEDIA). 
● The ScreenShots should showcase the most significant part/screens 
of your Application, try to add all 5!. 
● You Can describe each screenshot in 3 ​ rd The Problem it Solves 
Section while referring to them with their Picture Number. 
 
9. Applicable Tracks 
 Select the sponsor tracks or prizes related to your submission
Look carefully at which tracks your project qualifies for and select 
accordingly, we will verify at our end and any wrong claim may lead 
to disqualification, so select carefully!.
