Business Name: Hugutan mo ang Puto ko Snack Treats

Business Concept: The usual form and taste of Filipino snack Delights, specifically the

Puto, which is very famous to every Filipino. Since Puto is already in the industry for a

very long time but still not being phase out we decided to put some fun on it that maybe

every millenial can relate. All in all, the business concept we really want to imply is the

concept of the usual Filipino snacks but mainly focuses on Puto.

Goals: Like every entrepreneurs, of course out main goals are to sell our product and to

gain profits out of it. But being an entrepreneur do not only focuses on the profits you

want to gain. So, we aim to produce our product that every millenial can relate through

this we can practice different way of our product. Also, our goals is to produced our

product in a neat and deliscious way, to make our customers satisfied with our product

and lastly, to improve our product as time goes by. We are open for new ideas that can

make our products better.

Executive Summary

Eating is one of the things you can consider as people's hobby. food makes

every bonding cherishable or it is the bonding itself.There is a lot of cuisine you can

choose from different countries and food industry now a days are very successful

because of different strategies applied.

"Hugutan mo ang puto ko snack treats" is a start-up stand alone snack business

located in Tanay, Rizal. The HMAPK expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal

customer based with its puto that fields with tasty different fillings that will surely match
in your everydays coffee. The company plans to build a strong market position in the

town, due to the corporation's observation and mild competitive climate in the area.

HMAPK snack treats aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet the

demand of the middle-to higher-income local market area residents and tourists.

HMAPK snack treats is incorporated in the state of the Philippines. it is equally

owned and managed by its 5 people/businesswomans who loves to cook , eat and

explore.

It will be a good chance to add another flavour in our country's best. The

business will prove the creativity of filipino's and gives the satisfaction that every

consumer deserve.

Stakeholders and Target Market/Customer

Our stakeholders are our potential customers— parents, students, teachers,

relatives, and neighbors.

The main location of our business is inside the STI College Tanay campus. But

also we accept orders from the outside since each of the member are living in different

places.

Our target market or customers are students of STI College Tanay whether if

they are senior high school student or tertiary study, also the faculty members. We are

open for other customers but we will mainly focus on our potential customers at STI

College Tanay.
Market Strategy

In a business plan, we make strategy on how we are going to sell on how are we

going to sell and introduce our products. It will helps to catch the attention of the

customers.

Flyers - It is a piece of paper that has something printed on it to advertise a prouduct or

an announcement. It can also help us to advertise our products in the markets or in any

places that have customers.

Brochure - A thin book or magazine that usually has many pictures and information

about the product or a place. Our products should have brochures so that the

customers know the quality, variety and cleanliness of our products.

Social media - An electronic communication through which users create online

communities to share information, ideas, personal message and other content. Social

media can introduce widely our products in any are. We can easily get customers by

posting our products in it.
