ROBBIALAC WALL PUTTY

Robb. Water Based Wall Putty is an excellent product for wall which seals the porous & uneven
spots and cracks of wall and smoothen the wall. Robb Water Based Wall Putty decreases the
amount of paint consumption and gives the walls rich finish with perfect gloss. Its highly durable
pure acrylic emulsion strengthens the binding of the paint with the wall.

USES: All types of Plasters & Concrete.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean, free from dust, grease, oil, heavy
soot, chalk, mildew, etc. Calk joints and fill holes where necessary. All old loose, flaking
or peeling paint must be removed.
Surface preparation for new walls:
After plastering allow to dry the surface at least 8-12 weeks. Moisture content should be
15% max (equipment for measuring moisture content: Protiometer).
On dry wall apply one coat Robb. Water Based Sealer thinning with 100% water. Dry the
wall at least 4-6 hrs before putty application. Do not apply paint at temperature below
50ºF (10ºC).
Surface preparation for Old walls/Previously painted walls:
Previously painted surface with cement paint should be wire brushed and washed with
water. After properly washing of apply directly one coat 100% thinned (P:W=1:1) Water
Based Seale as prime coat. Do not apply paint at temperature below 50ºF (10ºC).
APPLICATION: For best result apply two coats Robb Wall putty with 6-8 hours interval.
After proper drying (Over night) of wall putty, rubbing down with sandpaper to provide a sound
surface for finish coat. Do not stretch material beyond recommended coverage. Dilution for
application: Ready to apply without dilution.
