INGREDIENTS:
1 can CDO Liver Spread
2 cups pineapple juice
2 tbsps soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp whole peppercorn
1 pc laurel leaf
2 cups chicken stock
½ kilo pork cubes
2 tbsps oil

Sea Quest Tuna Dynamite Procedure:


INGREDIENTS:
1 can Sea Quest Tuna, drained 
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated cheese
12 pcs finger chillies, deseeded
¼ cup flour
1 beaten egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 cup cooking oil
½ cup sweet chili sauce

Sea Quest Tuna Patties Procedure:


INGREDIENTS:
3 cans Sea Quest Tuna, drained
3 pcs eggs
2 tsps lemon juice
¼ cup grated cheese
3 tbsps vegetable oil
¾ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Bistek with CDO Liver Spread Procedure:


INGREDIENTS: 
1 can of CDO Liver Spread
500 g beef sirloin, cut thinly
½ cup soy sauce
5 pcs calamansi, juiced
2 pcs white onion, cut into rings
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ liter water
Salt and pepper to taste
Pork Mechado with Liver Spread
INGREDIENTS:
300 g pork kasim, cut thinly into fillets
100 g pork back fat, cut into strips
1 pc carrots, cut into sticks
1 pc bell pepper, cut into strips
4 tbsps cooking oil
Butcher's twine 

For the sauce:


1 pc onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
1 pc laurel leaf
1 tsp whole black pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ liter water / stock
Salt to taste

1 medium-sized bangus, deboned and flaked

¼ cup green peas
¼ cup raisins
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 pc onion, chopped
2 pcs garlic, minced
½ cup flour
1 ½ cups oil
Ground black pepper to taste

CDO Ulam Burger Picadillo


INGREDIENTS:
3 pcs CDO Ulam Burger regular
1 pc onion (Chopped)
2 cloves garlic (Minced)
2 pcs tomato (Diced)
1 pc large potato (Peeled and diced)
2 tbsps calamansi juice
1 ½ cups water
2 tbsps vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sweet and Sour CDO Crispy Patties
INGREDIENTS:
5 CDO Crispy Patties
¼ cup banana catsup
2 tbsps vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ water/stock
2 tbsps brown sugar
1 pc onion, cut into rings
1 pc small carrot, peeled and cut thinly
1 pc bell pepper, cut into strips
1 ½ tsp cornstarch, diluted in 2 tbsps water
2 tbsps oil
Salt and pepper to taste

750 g cooked liempo
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup vinegar
2 pcs red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup brown sugar
1 liter water
1 tsp whole pepper

CDO Ulam Burger Estofado

½ cup sliced button mushrooms
¼ cup green peas
2 cloves garlic
1 pc small onion, chopped
3 tbsps tomato paste
1 pc laurel leaf
½ tsp peppercorns
2 tbsps oyster sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 ½ cups beef stock
1 tbsp cooking oil
