Dear Sir/Madam:

I am sending you this written notice to request for the dissolution of our corporation, PLASMA
MOLDERS INC., effective April 30, 2020.

It is with regret that the Board of Directors have decided to shorten the term of the corporation
due to the following reasons: (1) Two of our Board of Directors are emigrating to the United
States as their petition for Residency/Green Card have been approved; (2) One of our Board of
Directors have been voluntarily resigned due to health reasons; (3) The Board made a conscious
decision regarding Environmental Care and our current business which highly involves plastics is
not anymore aligned to our individual and personal goals for environmental care.

The company currently do not have any existing or pending creditors (please refer to most
updated Financial Statement as attached).

It is our hope and prayer that you will consider this request for early dissolution.
