Dokumen yang berisikan daftar alat-alat yang dibutuhkan untuk sebuah pertunjukkan
/ penampilan berjalan dengan sebaik mungkin. Hal yang sangat penting guna menjalin
komunikasi yang baik antara penampil, pihak venue, dan khususnya bagian sound sehingga
dapat dicocokan dan dilihat peralatan yang dapat disediakan serta yang kurang dapat dicari.

Channel List
Daftar urutan channel mixer. Pada mixer analog biasanya menggunakan masking tape
yang ditempet dibawah fader (jika kita yang menjalankan mixer) sedangkan pada mixer digital
sudah dapat ditulis dan disimpan langsung dalam mixer. Daftar ini sangat penting khususnya
jika kita bermain dalam sebuah festival, sehingga pihak penyelenggara sudah mengatur sesuai
dengan daftar yang kita berikan dan mengeliminasi pembuangan waktu dalam mencari-cari
channel instrumentnya dimana, intinya memperlancar kerja bagian sound. Daftar yang juga
memperlancar komunikasi antara sound engineer dan crew sound, dengan adanya channel list
kita tahu memperlukan mixer dengan berapa channel.
