Academic Pathway's organized Mini- counselling session at Hotel Wood vibes in Gurez.

A mini counselling session on skill development & career guidance was organised by Academic Pathway
at Hotel Wood Vibes in Gurez. Despite covid19 lockdown following with health protocols.

On the occasion director Khwaja Itrat explained the various aspects of lacking skill abilities in Kashmir
and how personality development mean for life. Khewja Itrat shared his experience of the career at
different positions in prestigious IIT Delhi Mumbai.

During the mini-interaction session Khawaja addressing aspiring students to focus on verbal as well as
non verbal communication skills and moreover discusses contemporary challenges faced by a student
even scoring good in academics but public speaking fear and other challenges demoralised completely .
He stressed on students to focus on the Good speaking & writing skill whether language of their choice
to make it easy for them in later stages of their career.
