Summary:
I'm a Senior Consultant with 8+ years of experience in both Oracle e-Biz HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM. I
have worked on Implementation of HCM projects for major clients.
Expertise include enterprise data conversion and application security, System Analysis, design, Security
and controls; for multi industries. Possess an excellent knowledge of eBusiness technology applied to
HCM. Performed several complete lifecycle implementations and upgrades of the HCM modules with
emphasis on data, training, change and project management.
Implemented Security solutions with Custom Duty Roles, Application Roles, Security Profiles and
Data Roles
Use Area of Responsibilities (AoR) in Custom Security Profiles which in turn reduces no of data
roles along with better Performance

Provide support (CoreHR, Payroll & SSHR) modules along with synchronization of data in to middleware
applications. Implement Performance Management modules from requirement gathering to prepare AS
IS and TO BE and BR100 documents. Conduct UAT sessions.
Serve as a subject matter expert, transferring knowledge to users, adapt best practices and
recommend changes to current methodology and developing standards.
Manage operational support and implementation of new modules (OPM) and functions.
Take a leadership role to integrate best practices for application development and
implementation by facilitating, documenting (MD50, MD70, BRD, TE40).
Provide support and implement to Oracle HCM modules along with synchronization of data in to
middleware applications (to and fro). Lead implementations of Oracle EBS integrated with custom
modules and applications. As a lead involved in application enhancements and design solutions within
EBS and outside EBS. Lead and implement custom development modules to integrate with Oracle
Payroll and Financials.
Design solutions and lead custom development for TNA matrix that will serve 50,000 employees
for their payroll calculation.
Integrations (Oracle eBiz Integrations (historical data, work structures and GL Accounts), Time
Keeping, Benefits, Payroll and other 3rd parties),

Al Qudra Holding (AQH)
As an implementation lead for CoreHR / Payroll for new company under the umbrella of AQH.
My core responsibilities are to setup Security among companies and restrict data of employees.
Define element links for Payroll setup with updated costing details for new company.
Work closely with Human Resource and Finance department to verify payroll data and costing
details.
Lesion between technical team to develop detailed matrix reports for management
Prepare Testing documents (TE040) Setup documents BR100, design specifications (MD050 &
MD070).
Core responsibilities not limited to identify gaps, conduct extensive gap analysis to propose
robust solution that fulfill recruitment needs.
Work closely with client’s Core recruitment to implement best practices of recruitment.
Lead the client with detailed requirement gathering needed for reporting needs.
Lead technical team to develop and publish reports like: employee & applicant turnover,
applicant detail report, position budget forecasting reports.
Detailed matrix reports are developed using BI tools for forecasting and budgeting for positions
Prepare UPK (User productivity kit) and Test scripts (TE040) and change management report.
Support OTL on daily basis for issues in shift rotations, schedule and TNA hours.
Provide support and implement all Oracle HCM modules. Also involved in enhancing client exposure
with HR best practices

OLM, Performance Management & iRecruitment.
Incorporate new user requirements Oracle payroll, HRMS, Manager and Employee Self-Service.
Performed troubleshooting and resolved issues fast formulas, Elements, and master setup.
Validated payroll setup, payroll elements and update fast formulas for Payroll and Absence
Management.
Assisted, Conduct training and workshop session key end user for Payroll Pre-processing, Payroll
Processing, Process Payroll Using subsets (Assignment set, Consolidation set, Element set)
emphasizing functionality available in the HCM modules that could be leveraged to meet the
expectation

Oracle HCM with standard features and encourage user to adapt best practices of HR.
Conduct Health check for of all 7 business groups (BG) setups on R11i and provided
recommendations.
Conduct AS-IS study and GAP analysis for HR processes, and provide BP040 and BP080
documents.
Conduct CRP sessions for new and existing R12 standard features for Key business users and
stake holders

Huge employees’ data being stored at client side. Actively looking for solution within standard
application to store employee information with respect to their personal, training, performance,
and appraisal data.
Act as Business Analyst for iRecruitment setups and mapped the same information for
employees to avoid duplication of information in application.
Implement and setup iRecruitment. Personalize iRecruitment forms as per client needs.
Design OLM catalog is very tricky and requires more time to design Catalog structure. OLM
catalog structure should be flexible enough to accommodate all employees from Civilians to
Forces.

Oracle Performance Management (OPM)

Requirement gathering phase which Involved Interaction with core business users identify gaps
in current process and proposed solutions that later become policy.
Prepare BP080, BR100, RD040, and MD050 where applicable.
Configured Oracle application for all modules includes (CoreHR, Payroll, SSHR, OLM,
iRecruitment and Performance Management)
Review and update competency structure based on their new competency structure
requirements.
Re design and implement OLM catalogue structure and conduct extensive training sessions.
Provide consultancy to enhance user application experience with Oracle HCM modules.
Monitor SSHR transaction from core tables and sys Admin to enhance the user experience with
application by all means of performance.
Test and recommend available SSHR functions to stake holders to meet users expectations with
applications.
Involved in implementation of Oracle HCM modules, like CoreHR, Payroll, SSHR, and PM.
Primary responsibility is to design, develop, document, delivery and support of Oracle R12
HRMS (CoreHR, Payroll, SSHR and Performance Management) product.
Deployed AIM (BP080, BR100, RD040, and MD050) methodologies for implementation, and
continually created, updated, and maintained standardized documents and templates,
throughout the life cycle of the project to help support project delivery and tasks within scope,
on time and on budget.
