Yes, I studied English in Institute for a year, I did a technical in English

2. How long have you been learning English? Why?

I have been studying English for four years, I inscribed university UNAD three
years ago and I before had studied one year in on institute

3. What skills or abilities do you want to improve in this language course?

I want to improve the four skills of the English language (writing, reading, speaking and
listening) because I believe that I need to improve them, being very important for my
career as for my personal life

4. Which production skill (writing – speaking) do you find the most difficult?

I think the ability to speak is much more difficult for me, because I find it difficult to
pronounce and speak fluently in public and keep a conversation for 5 minutes

5. Which do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of learning

English online?

ADVANTAGES:

The advantages of learning English online

You will learn new vocabulary and pronunciation. With videos, music and audio.

It allows you to organize your time and decide when to learn.

English blogs are used to share information with classmates

There is enough online learning material to learn English

DISADVANTAGES:

It is not shared or interacted with teachers and partners physically and it is necessary to
share with other people to feel motivated in this learning process

You cannot answer questions directly with your tutor. When you have a doubt in the middle
of an activity there is no one who can answer it or offer help

The vocabulary you learn cannot be used in real situations

 Technology takes us away from society

6. What would you propose to make the English program better?

A more personalized apprenticeship and more accompaniment by the tutor

in all activities

Have a monitor in each group who is responsible for actively communicating with
the tutor whatssap way or any other means. Who is the one in charge to advise any
event or novelty that is presented in the course, to be in contact with the students
