Greetings of Peace and Love!

Your presence is requested at an upcoming planning conference with regards on the

formulation of School Improvement Plan for the School Year 2019-2022.
This meeting will be facilitated by the School Planning Team headed by Mr. Richard N.
Laurente, SSP-III and is designed to take us through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, and Threats) assessment with respect to the status of previous SIP S.Y.
2016-2019.

Although it is our responsibility as teachers, it is an endeavor that affects the entire

community and is therefore best managed and delivered when the community
participates in collaborative planning conference such as this. We need your
participation for our school to contribute to a planning effort designed to identify
programs and projects to address challenges encountered by the students and the entire
school and community.

The following will be accomplished during the meeting:

 Child Friendly School Survey [Annex 2A]
 Child Protection Policy Implementation Checklist [Annex 2B]
 School Watching Checklist and Hazard Map [Annex 2C]

The formulation of School Improvement Plan will take place on June 10, 2019 at
the Office of the Academic Coordinator, and will last from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (please
see attached program of activities for your reference). Please commit to lending your
