To Whom This May Concern,

My name is Matt McAdam and I am pleased to share my experiences with Emma McAdam.

Through the years I have seen Emma’s true dedication to growth, development, and
knowledge of every craft she takes on. Her perseverance to learn and master techniques
and styles shows through her project film making. Every new project I have seen has been
built on the knowledge of the previous one. Emma has never shied away from pushing the
envelope with new techniques and trying different processes.

One of the more impressive qualities Emma has is knowing when to make an adjustment.
So often in our industry do we see young film makers stick to a script even when it is just not
coming together. Emma’s ability to pivot around the pitfalls in project development,
shooting, and editing are amazing to see in a developing professional. While keeping her
eye on goal, knowing where to adapt and how to push through are truly some of her best
characteristics not only in film making, but in her daily life.

It has been a pleasure to see Emma develop in to such a dedicated and strong individual. I
cannot wait to see what the next project will be.
