Personality and Ability Assessment (PAA) Course

In this course, we cover the use of ability tests and personality questionnaires. For the practical sessions, the
world renowned Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) will be used as a sample tool.

After 6 to 8 hours of web based e-learning, which can conveniently be completed at home or in the office, the
delegates join a 1, 2 or 3 day face-to-face course, where they work closely with our consultants in interactive
sessions aimed to augment the newly acquired knowledge.

Theoretical Foundation of Psychometric Assessment


A practical program designed for those who wish to be trained in the use of Psychometric Assessments. This
module includes defining the Assessment Criteria, choosing the right Assessment Tools and administering
Psychometric Assessments.

Occupational Testing - Ability


Enables delegates to evaluate, select and administer the most appropriate ability tests (and interest inventories),
as well as score and provide results.

Occupational Testing - Personality


Covers the use of personality questionnaires, specifically the SHL Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ),
and enables delegates to become proficient in administering, interpreting and providing the results. A core focus
is on how to relate the personality questionnaire (e.g. the OPQ) to competencies.

Profile of Speakers

Ma. Lourdes D. Aruego (Dette) – CAT Certified

Dette is currently the Managing Director of Assessment Analytics, Inc.


Her 20 years of work experience includes holding several leadership
positions in other organizations, as well as managing her own company.
Her background in the company management is coupled with her
extensive experience in sales and marketing with some of the largest
banking institutions in the country.

Dette has been actively involved in AAI’s competency-based services


and has been certified by the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in
Competency-Based Interviewing, 360-degree or Multi-Rater Feedback,
and in Personality and Ability Assessment. She has also been certified
in United Kingdom as an Accredited Trainer which qualifies her to
conduct all CEB talent management training programs worldwide.

Dette recently received her certification as Test User for Occupational


Ability and Personality assessments from the British Psychology
Society.

Carolina A. Narciso (Carol) – CAT Certified

Carol is currently the Director for Human Resources and Operations


of Assessment Analytics. She has more than 30 years of collective
experience in Human Resource Management in the areas of
recruitment and selection; organization development; training and
development and career counseling.

These experiences were gained from reputable companies in


various industries i.e. airline, telecommunications, manufacturing,
retail, food service, banking and call center. Carol is a candidate for
a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of
Santo Tomas. She also holds a certificate in Talent, Competency
and Succession Management from the Pennsylvania State
University.

She is awaiting the release of her license as a Psychologist under


the Professional Regulation Commission. She has completed
training programs on Assessment and Development Center Design,
Competency-Based Interviewing, 360-degree or Multi-Rater Feedback, Competency Design & Job Analysis and
in Personality and Ability Assessment, conducted by the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), UK. She has been

certified by CEB as an Accredited Trainer which has made her eligible to conduct all CEB Training Programs
worldwide. She has also been certified as a Test User for Occupational Ability and Personality Assessment by the
British Psychological Society.

Calvin V. Sadiua (Calvin) – CAT Certified

Calvin is a senior consultant of Assessment Analytics, Inc. In that capacity,


he takes on lead roles in assessment and training programs and activities
which AAI provides for its various partners and customers. He currently
provides overall direction and oversight on all the AAI Assessment Center
programs and activities for a major conglomerate with highly diversified
interests. He has more than 30 years of collective experience in the fields of
Human Resources, Governance and Human Development,
Communications and Media, and Real Estate and Retail.

He has been involved in national legislative work at the technical working


group level and has occupied memberships in national policy making
bodies. He has also acted as independent director in publicly listed
companies. Calvin has been certified by the Corporate Executive Board
(CEB) in Assessment and Development Center Design, Competency-Based
Interviewing, 360-degree or Multi-Rater Feedback, and in Personality and
Ability Assessment.

He is also a CEB Accredited Trainer which makes him eligible to conduct all
CEB Training Programs globally. He has recently been certified as a Test
User for Occupational Ability and Personality Assessment by the British Psychological Society.
