Dear Sir,

Please kindly take the following steps in order to undergo the required trainings as specified by your
Operation Group and/or Agency and to generate your Certificate upon successful completion.

1. Login

2. Select required Trainings and Session options:

The minimum company requirements for valid/acceptable training are as follows:

75% overall score on the assessment end
At least 90% completion of the training material

The E-learning modules do not need to be completed in one session if necessary. Whenever you leave
an active session the system will ask you if you like to Delete, Requirement status, Register as final, or
Continue later.

3. Generating Certificates / E-learning reports:

Go to the Report selector Tab and select “All” option and press “Generate” button:
Select E-learning report for subject CBT & press Request new report button:

In the Tasks and Notifications Tab press DOWNLOAD button:

4. The Certificate will be downloaded as PDF file (see example below).

Please send this file to your Crew Supt or Agency as appropriate.
