job order employees who were very willing to answer all our questions, and patiently

This study is relevant for it determines, verifies, and validates the factors of job

satisfaction of Job Order Employees in the Local Government Unit of Cabiao, Nueva

Ecija according to the profile of the sampled respondents. It helps generate

recommendations for the Local Government Unit of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija to address the

issue. It helps the future job order employees to know the satisfaction levels of

employees specifically in job order employees and what incentives and benefits they

may receive. The purpose of this study was to determine if the Job Order Employees in

the Local Government Unit of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija were satisfied with their job.

The researchers sought to identify the job satisfaction of Job Order Employees in

the Local Government Unit of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija using the descriptive method that

employed the survey and sampling technique.

In order to obtain and interpret data, weighted mean was utilized to analyze the

data presented in tabular form with corresponding narrative description to obtain and

answer the general aim of the study.

The level of agreement of the respondents on the job satisfaction of Job Order

Employees in the Local Government Unit of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija were salaries/wages,

company personnel policy, working conditions, job security, opportunity for

advancement, benefits/incentives, recognition/rewards, relationship with superior, and

relationship with co-workers had an overall weighted mean of 3.44, 4.16, 4.42, 3.51,

4.12, 3.62, 3.68, 4.19, and 3.75 respectively.

The level of agreement of the respondents on job satisfaction of Job Order

Employees in the Local Government Unit of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija agreed that the working

conditions, relationship with the superior, the company personnel policy, opportunity for

advancement, recognition/rewards, relationship with the co-workers and

benefits/incentives were satisfied. While some of the respondents were undecided that

salaries/wages and job security satisfied with it. The respondents agreed that they were

satisfied with the factors of job satisfaction.

The most important recommendation was for the management, that they must

have allocated budget for their job order employees in order to accept their salaries on

time, to have a funds for Social Security System for job order employees and require it

as a self-employed, and inform them that the said benefits will deduct on their basic

salary, that they must provide an orientation for the clarification in terms of salaries,

rights and limitations of job order employees to avoid the misunderstanding and

competition among their co-workers, and to future job order employees, they must know

the requirements, limitations and benefits that this employee may receive before

applying for this position. Excluding requirements like skills, attended trainings, and

educational attainment they must pass the exam provided by Civil Service Commission

as another ticket to easily hire in available position after the training.
