Statement of the Problem
This study aims to determine the Factors Influencing Work Performance
among Police Officers in San Nicolas Municipal Police Station (MPS), San
Nicolas, Batangas.
Specifically, it will seek to answer the following questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:
1.1.age;
1.2.sex;
1.3. educational attainment;
1.4. monthly income;
1.5. number of years in the service; and
1.6. police rank?
2. To what extent are the factors influencing work performance among police
officers in San Nicolas Municipal Police Station (MPS) be assessed in terms of:
2.1. Motivation;
2.2. Company culture;
2.3. Performance appraisal;
2.4. Leadership;
2.5. Work-life conflicts; and
2.6. Compensation and Rewards?
3. Are there a significant difference on the respondent’s assessment on factors
influencing work performance among Police Officers in San Nicolas Municipal
Police Station (MPS), San Nicolas, Batangas when grouped according to profile
variables?
4. What action may be proposed to enhance work performance of police
officers in San Nicolas Municipal Police Station (MPS), San Nicolas, Batangas?

officers deal with the factors influencing their work performance
