 The detailed PL “Packing List SF6 & N2 - Dren e Intermedia” is attached to this report.
 Inspection took place at a DIMATIC Plant - Calle Epsilon Nro 214, CALLAO / Lima – Peru.
 Inspection was attended by Jimmy Orlando AUZA SUNCION (GE), and Evet Meres (Intertek).
 It was performed a quantity verification of the 6 PC (cases) against the Packing List, then the inspector
reviewed randomly inside some packages in order to verify N2 & SF6 gas bottles, finally, inspector
reviewed the general condition of the packages (integrity checks, signs of damages or bumps, etc.); no
deviations or damages were detected.
