 The Nestlé Wellness Campus of the Year Award Show is created to
recognize inspiring teachers, school excellence, entertaining Dancercise
performances, outstanding implementation of the Nestlé Wellness
Campus Program modules and overall achievements within the
Nestlé Wellness Campus Program for the School Year 2020-2021.

This contest is a culmination of the efforts of teachers and schools both

within and outside the Nestlé Wellness Campus FB Group.

 General Mechanics:
• Each of the participating regions in the
Nestlé Wellness Campus program will
nominate and send their top 10 Grade
School Entries and top 10 Junior
High School Entries.
• The divisions / regions will be the ones
to screen and filter their schools for
final submission to Nestlé Philippines,
Inc. through their assigned Nestlé
Wellness Campus Teachers’ Aides.

• The registration form template will be

uploaded in the Nestlé Wellness
Campus Facebook group through a

Pinaka-Best in Dancercise Dance Demo Video

• Uploaded on YouTube with its privacy settings set to public. A YouTube Link to the video
must be indicated in the registration form.
• The demo video should only use the official Nestlé Wellness Campus Dancercise for School
Year 2020-2021. Full video submissions must not exceed the full duration of the Wellness
Song.
• The participants will be given the freedom to create their own choreography for the
Dancercise Demo Video but should only dance the official Wellness Song Choreography
during the chorus of the song.
• Anyone from your school can be part of the video. Your entry can even be a compilation of
clips from different locations, as long as the filming process still follows health and safety/
quarantine protocols (e.g. Social Distancing, wearing of face shields and masks, submission
of individual clips, etc.).
• The making of the Dancercise Demo Video entries should only be done within the homes or
the private properties of the participants/ the school’s selected participant. Gathering in
public or communal spaces for the purposes of this video is strictly prohibited.

• How do you focus on closing the achievement gap/meeting the needs of all students
with regards to nutrition, health, and wellness? Please provide an example of how you
do this and evidence of the impact.
• How do you encourage the parents to intentionally involve themselves in the learning
and the school-life of your students?
• Describe how you have integrated the healthy habits in your teachings.

• The portfolio will serve as a case presentation for the participant and must contain a writeup
and supporting visual aids to be reviewed and judged by the Jury Heads (NPI and DepEd).

Pinaka-Best Guro of the Year 10 to 15-slide portfolio

• Each region participating in the Nestlé Wellness Campus program will be given a chance to
nominate 3 high school teachers, and 3 elementary school teachers from their region.

• Participant must have a Facebook account, and must be a member of the Nestlé Wellness
Campus Facebook Group.
• Participants must have an active Philippine mobile number or email address.

• Participant must be a teacher/ facilitator/ staff from any of the participating Nestlé Wellness
Campus Program Schools for the School Year 2020-2021.
• The participant must submit a 15-slide portfolio (.pdf) along with an accomplished
registration form (to be distributed/ posted in the Nestlé Wellness Campus Facebook Group)
in .pdf format via USB through their designated Teachers’ Aide or via email.
