MCC-Ceri as the JO Leader, is mainly responsible for the project

design, equipment procurement, debugging, training; JO member
Krakatau Construction is responsible for the civil works; MCC-Shanghai
Baoye responsible for the Electromechanical Equipment Installation.
Project includes raw material yard, blast furnace (1830m3),
sintering, coke oven and chemical production, molten iron treatment
facility, Electric furnace hot metal charging modification, supporting
auxiliary facilities. The project is located at Cilegon City, Banten
Province of Indonesia.
Indonesia Krakatau Steel Project is fully adopting self-owned and
mature China Technology. This project’s design is using China standard,
on the manufacture is using manufacturing nation standard and above
98% of equipment are made in China.

This project is located at Morowali, Sulawesi of Indonesia.

Contracted to MCC, MCC was participated in such industrial park phase
I, II, III construction. In the phase I, which annual production 300,000T
Ferronickel Metallurgy project and its auxiliary facility and 2x65MW
thermal power generator project. This phase project have been
completed on March 2015 and start operating. Phase II annual
production 600,000T Ferronickel Metallurgy project (8 production
lines), thermal power plant with its auxiliary facility are under
construction.
This project is adopting the RKEF advance production
engineering, Phase I Ferronickel production line main equipment are 4
sets of 33,000KW smelting furnace, 4sets of Rotary Kiln with diameter
4.6mx100m, 4sets of Drying Kiln with diameter 5m x 45m.

Period ： September 2014-October 2015

This project is located on GEBE Island of Maluku

Province, design adopting blast furnace smelting
technology, ferronickel annual production 800,000T. This
project contains of 1 set of 350 vertical lime kiln, 4 sets of
blast furnace, nickel ore sintering facility, eco-friendly
facility, 2×4500KW blast furnace gas power plant. MCC is
responsible for the civil works.
This project is valuable experience for MCC in doing
construction on a remote island in Indonesia.
 MSP FERRONICKEL PROJECT
Owner ：PT. MEGAH SURYA PERTIWI
Location ：Obi, Maluku
Period ：May 2014 - July 2018
This project was joint venture by Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes
Co., Ltd. and develop this annual production 500,000T rotary
kiln—smelter ferronickel project on OBI island, Maluku province of
Indonesia. This project divided into 2 construction phase, phase I
is constructing 3x33MVA rotary kiln—smelter ferronickel
production line and 3x38MW thermal power plant with its
auxiliary facility. MCC is responsible for the civil construction and
smelter installation.
Project is adopting RKEF Metallurgy technology, which takes
short time to finished with high engineering quality. MCC as the
main contractor of this project got high attention from industry
and Indonesia Government and successfully branding MCC as
Developing Nation Through Metallurgical Team in Indonesia.

On March 16th, MCC Overseas smoothly signed a

business contract with the Indonesian MEK Corporation for
its 600,000 t/a Semi-coke Project. The MCC Group’s first
coke project in Indonesia, it will be jointly undertaken by
the MCC Overseas Indonesia Office and Shanghai
Baoye Group.
Located in Tanjung Selor of North Kalimantan,
Indonesia, the project is planned to commence in April 2018
and be completed by January 2019. Its total
construction period is 10 months. Upon completion, it will
become one of largest coke smelting factories in Indonesia.
 Dexin Steel INDONESIA 35M T/A PLANT PILING PROJECT

Location ：Morowali, Sulawesi
Period ：100 Days

On April 15th , MCC Overseas Indonesia signed

3,500,000 t/annual Carbon Steel Plant Piling Contract with
PT. Dexin Steel Indonesia.
This project is located at Morowali Industrial Park of
Sulawesi. Scope of work include Steel Processing Plant,
Rolling Mill, Raw Material Area and other’s whole area cast
in place bore pile construction. Construction period approx.
100 days and will be constructed by MCC Overseas
Indonesia and MCC-WSGRI.

Dexin Steel
Indonesia Plant Piling Project
 Nanshan INDUSTRIAL PARK 10M T/A ALUMINA PROJECT

Period ：20 Months

The project is located on Bintan Island in Indonesia's Riau

Islands Province and has significant advantages in terms of
geographical location, resources, logistics and government
support. It is a general construction contract, which includes the
construction, integrated pipe network, steel structure and
making non-standard parts of raw materials workshop and
evaporation workshop, as well as other facilities.
The 1 million ton alumina production line of Bintan
Nanshan Industrial Park in Indonesia is a joint venture between
Shandong Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Redstone Alumina
International PTE. LTD. It is the second alumina project
constructed by Chinese companies in Indonesia.

 RKEF FERRONICKEL PROCESSING PLANT CONSULTATION PROJECT
On May 17th , MCC Overseas Indonesia has
successfully signed RKEF Ferronickel Processing Plant
Feasibility Study Consulting Contract with Local
Company and will provide Bankable Project Feasibility
Study to the Owner.
This project is located in Sulawesi, Owner itself has
high quality laterite ore, this project tend to use
advance RKEF Ferronickel processing technology. Scope
of work will include 130,000 t/annual of 2 metallic nickel
production line, with auxiliary 2x38MW coal powered
power plant, port and other facility.
This feasibility study contract will become
foundation for both parties to proceed to EPC contract
later on as MCC once again prove its role in
Metallurgical EPC Engineering field.
 CISUMDAWU TOLL ROAD PHASE-2 PROJECT
Owner ：Ministry of Public Works & Housing (PUPR)
Location ：West Java
Period ：September 2016 – September 2019

This project is located at nearby Bandung City, West Java

Province of Indonesia. This project is one of the real
implementation of China “One Belt & One Road” development
strategic, and also MCC’s first Government preferential treatment
project in Indonesia, lending by China Export-Import Bank. Project
contents were constructing a 12KM length toll road, including a
six-lanes double caves tunnel. As the first toll road tunnel in
Indonesia, after the project completed then it will improve traffic
network beside Bandung city and improve economic development
on east side area of Bandung city.
This Project got high attention from communities, and also
Mr. President who have visited the site of project on 17th March
2016.

Indonesia South Kalimantan Conch Cement Phase I Project was located at

Tabalong, South Kalimantan Province of Indonesia. The project investment was around
USD $500,000,000 , Phase I project includes 3200 t/d Clinker Cement production line
with 2x18MW coal-fired power plant, also ore limestone transfer, clinker storage and
transfer, and other 22 sub-items.
Phase II project includes 3200 t/d Clinker Cement production line , 1,500,000 t/a
cement grinding plant, 1x18MW coal powered power plant and it was divided into
production line, grinding plant, power plant, operational area, lime storage, raw material
allocation and transportation system, coal powder preparation and transportation with
other as total 31 sub-item, with total area more than 10 km.
Conch Cement North Sulawesi Plant include 5000t/d Clinker Cement production
line with 2,200,000 t/a grinding plant, 9MW waste heat power plant, 35MW coal
powered power plant, seaport and others.

This project is located at Banyumas Regency, Central

Java Province of Indonesia, with 24 months construction
period and contract value around USD $140,000,000. After
the project finished it will be Panasia Group first 5000t/d
clinker cement production line. MCC is constructing it’s A
section civil engineering, including Limestone crushing and
transfer, raw material grinding and transfer, kiln head, clinker
transfer and other 32 sub-items. This project owner:
Indonesia Panasia Group was the Indonesia Textile Tycoon,
recently they are expanding the business, involved in
electricity, mining, construction material etc.
 SGMWuling SPARE PARTS WORKSHOP
Owner ：PT. SGMW MOTOR INDONESIA
Location ：Bekasi, West Java
Period ：March 2016 – May 2017

SGMW invested USD $700,000,000 in Bekasi,

Indonesia to establish with total area around 60ha
automobile factory and spare parts area. After the
construction finished it may produce 150,000 unit
cars p.a.. MCC is responsible for the Spare Parts
Workshop parts construction, estimation will be
finished and put into operation on the second half
of 2017.

Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences) was held the Ground Breaking
Ceremony at Gunung Sindur of Bogor, West Java Province, Indonesia.

This project will be constructed on 5Ha ground, with total Investment

of RMB 300,000,000. The main product of production and sales will be
Avian Influenza Vaccine, and will be crossing Indonesia Livestock Vaccine
Market with the annual productivity around 800,000 vaccines. After
constructed, it will be the largest Vaccine manufacturer in Indonesia, and
the project was planned to be finish and operate on the end of 2017.
