I was working in the Emergency department of Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar as a Trainee of
Emergency care technologist. As you are aware, I completed my training from September 2018 to
December 2019. I diligently performed my work in the Emergency department and there has not been
a major mistake that was noted during my 8 months training in the department. I have attached a
clinical rotation document with details of various areas of work that I have performed during the time
that I worked at the Emergency Department of LRH for your reference in writing the letter. I am kindly
requesting you to issue a Training Certificate in my favour with regard of the work that I did during my
stay at the Emergency department of LRH.
