Case Problem #3: "A Regional Commercial Center-Jakarta"

Agung Abadi Group of Indonesia has noticed an increase in residential occupancy around the
areas of Northern Jakarta. Although other developers already have malls near the property,
the buildings only satisfy a small portion of the commercial requirements of the area. A
majority of the space occupies a small scale mixed-use structure and the leasable spaces
available do not meet the community needs. Your design shall fulfill these requirements so
that the community no longer needs to go to other commercial establishments for their daily
needs.

Schedule of Submittals
 January 13, 2021- Preliminary pedestrian and vehicular circulation (i.e. floor
plans, 1-line drawings are a minimum requirement) concepts together with site
analysis data together with explanations of the circulation
 January 22, 2021- Schematic form concepts indicating the effect of site analysis
data as well as character of the building case problem with explanations of the
character and form concept
 January 29, 2021- Detailed presentation drawings (plans, elevations, sections)
of your concept including preliminary perspectives (exterior, interior) with
explanations on the corrections done
 February 3, 2021- Submitted Final presentation drawings which will include, at
least, your narratives, final models/illustrations, details, etc. together with your
site analysis and explanations on the corrections done
