3. [The researchers] harvested leaves and is sent to be validated by


those with laboratory experiences namely to University of the
Philippines or University of Sto. Tomas. Once the leaves are
returned to the researchers, they'd be washed then airdried to be
followed by soaking in ethanol to acquire the extract. Meat A and
Meat B will be refrigerated and observe possible changes in color
and other physical properties.
