School Goverment
This week, from the Department of Humanities, we began the talks on the democratic
process with all students. We will explain the importance of the School Government, the
formation of the student council and the functions of the personero. This process is linked
with the election of class representatives that was carried out during group directions. In
the following weeks we will have the nomination of candidates for personeria (Sept. 10),
the electoral campaign (Sept. 21 to 25), a debate among the candidates (Sept. 29) and
finally the elections that will take place on September the 30. Information on this civic
training, including the schedule, can be found in this link.
The elections will be carried out with the support of the Student Council, who will
guarantee the transparency of the democratic process.
We invite you all to join us in the construction of the school government, supporting the
initiatives of the students and emphasizing the importance of democratic learning from the
School, to build responsible citizens.
