OCCUPATION SURVEY

SUMMARY:

✓ The majority of survey respondents state that they would elect to receive COVID-19 vaccination once eligible (~80%) and most believe
receiving the vaccine is an important strategy for curbing the pandemic.
▲ Based on the survey results, there is an opportunity to strengthen the public’s perception regarding the safety of the COVID-19
vaccine; only ~70% of respondents are confident that the vaccine is safe.
▲ Citizens age 18-30, racial minorities and men were underrepresented in the survey when compared to the state’s overall
demographics.
