As announced in the news by the Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque on Saturday, March 27, 2021,
Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal will revert to the strictest enhanced community
quarantine (ECQ) effective March 29 – April 4, 2021 due to exponential rise in COVID-19 cases in the
country.
As such, the company shall adopt measures to continue its business operations while under ECQ, as
follows:
• Required action: Managers to submit the list of essential projects/tasks and essential employees
from March 29-31 to dexter.ledesma@asyadesign.com on Sunday, March 28, 2021 not later than
3:00 PM
2. WFH SET UP
• Essential employees will be required to work from home
• Managers to identify their and their members’ WFH needs (working tools or software needed)
and any other challenges that they may face as they work from home and the same shall be
endorsed to HR, along with their proposed solutions and suggestions to overcome those
challenges in order for them to become effective, productive and be able to meet their deadlines
as they work from home.
• Required action: WFH needs and tools to be endorsed through HR for HR Director approval.

5. THOSE EMPLOYEES NOT IDENTIFIED AS ESSENTIAL WORKER SHALL BE GRANTED TO AVAIL OF THEIR
EMERGENCY LEAVE CREDITS
• To help employees sustain their financial needs especially in this time of crisis, those who will not
be considered as “essential workers” shall be allowed to avail of their emergency leave credits
• Required action: For HR Director approval
