CHAPTER 1
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 NAME OF BUSINESS

“ TWIN-CUP “
We decided to use Twin-Cup in our business name
because we want to produce two products it was the Buko
Pandan and Cheese Sticks. We came up to one idea and that
was to make it as twin cup so that our valuable customers
wouldn’t need to carry many containers for their food and
to make it easy to hold for everyone.

 NATURE OF BUSINESS

Twin Cup is a food service. It serves a 2n1 product.

It is a product of buko pandan with cheese stick. Buko
pandan and cheese stick is a popular Filipino food and
everyone like it. Buko Pandan is a type of Filipino cold
dessert together with delicious cheese stick. Buko pandan
and cheese stick is easy to make that everyone can afford
of it like students.

Buko pandan is made of white and green gulaman,

coconut strips and condensed milk. Additional information
our buko pandan has a toppings like cheese. This buko
pandan is usually enjoyed as a snack or dessert. In our
cheese stick that made with cut cheese into thin and
wrappers. Our cheese stick have different flavors like
cheese, barbecue, cheddar, and sour cream. And also we
serve sweet and sour sauce together with cheese stick. We

x|Page

MANAGEMENT 11

placed buko pandan on one side of the cup and cheese stick
on the other side. We thought that this product will be
sold with people particular with the students. We are also
sure that students like us will love it. Twin cup offer a
delicious and healthy products.

We also have other beverages and snacks that we offer

depending on the season and the supply of our ingredients.
But the main product of our business are the buko pandan
and cheese stick.

 LOCATION

10TH AVE. GRACE PARK CALOOCAN CITY NEAR

CALOOCAN HIGH SCHOOL

Figure I.1
xi | P a g e
CALOOCAN HIGH SCHOOL
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
ACCOUNTANCY, BUSINESS, AND
MANAGEMENT 11

Students are the most priority in our business. We

decided to place it near Caloocan High School site because
many students are craving for cheese stick and buko pandan.
It is the right spot for our business. And we think that we
can gain much profit with this kind of location. Near
school because most of the time students want this kind of
product.

 COMPANY IDENTIFICATION

Figure I.2

We decided to create an ID that will match our

business. We created this to serve as an ID of our
employees. ID cards can increase building security in a

xii | P a g e
CALOOCAN HIGH SCHOOL

ACCOUNTANCY, BUSINESS, AND
MANAGEMENT 11

number of ways. Using photo ID cards makes it easy for

security personnel to quickly identify each employee or
visitor, minimizing the risk of impersonation and theft.
ID cards can improve employee-customer relationships by
putting a face to a name, which helps to build rapport and
accountability.

 UNIFORMS

Figure I.3

We also matched our company uniform with our logo and

we decided to make it simple so that our employees can move
easily we decided to have a polo shirt with pants and an
apron with our logo at the middle of it. Uniforms are a
great team-building resource for our staff, and they can

xiii | P a g e
CALOOCAN HIGH SCHOOL

ACCOUNTANCY, BUSINESS, AND
MANAGEMENT 11

improve overall customer service as well as brand

awareness. Company uniforms make it easy for buyers to
locate employees in a crowd, cutting down on response time.
Uniforms also benefit client satisfaction by extending
awareness of your company both during and outside of work
hours. Employees who wear uniforms with a company’s logo
and colors allow our business to become instantly
recognizable by local customers.
