Assigned to perform uniformed patrol in certain neighborhoods, especially in areas with a
high crime rate. This includes patrolling on foot, bicycle or a police cruiser. Enforce
highway laws and direct traffic, particularly after an accident, in high congestion areas
and on unsafe roads. Report to command staff on the conditions of the street, signs, curbs
