ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DEBT and LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES

& 53 Padre Dieto Cera Avenue Las Pinas City, respectively

1. The facts causing the debt are:

a. Non-Payment of Agreed Sum on March 31, 2021 as originally agreed upon
b. Debtor asked for one-day grace period or April 1, 2021 on March 31, 2021 but the
said amount remained unpaid causing extra penalties to the creditor’s own
obligation
c. On April 1, 2021, debtor, again, asked for extension until Saturday which means
that creditor will, again, receive penalties from financial institutions due to failure
of debtor to pay.

2. The debtor acknowledges indebtedness to the creditor in the sum of PHP 17, 000.00 plus
ANY and ALL the interest incurred by the debtor from the affected financial institutions,
namely Robocash Finance and Moneycat Finance, to be exhibited by daily screenshots of
the increment to be sent to the debtor’s messenger account

3. The debtor agrees to pay the outstanding amount in lump sum on April 3, 2021.

4. The payment must be made directly to the creditor by cash or into the following bank
account:

5. Should the debtor fail to make payment on the said due date, the creditor shall demand
the outstanding amount from the debtor together with legal costs, failing which the
creditor, without notice, shall be entitled to apply to the relevant Court for judgement
against the debtor for the outstanding amount including legal costs – the debtor agrees to
judgement in this regard

6. No variation in terms of this agreement, novation or cancellation by mutual consent shall

be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by both creditor and debtor.
