ENGLISH DIALOGUE USING COMMAND SENTENCES IN THE

WORLD OF NURSING/HEALTH

Prologue

At 10am on March 3, 2021, a patient named yesica came to the common poly room to check on
her feverish condition for 2 days and her body had red spots.

Dialog:

(patient meets nurse in registration room)

Patient (yesica) : excuse me ners. I want to ask you. Where's the common poly room?

Nurse 1 (melinia) : yes ma'am. oh the common poly room on the 2nd floor ma'am. Mom please
go up to the 2nd floor then later turn right. The room is in the vicinity that mom can see at
mom's door.

Patient (yesica) : okay ners . Thank you yes

Nurse 1 (melinia) : Same as mam.

(In a common poly room)

Patient(yesica) : excusme ners

Nurse 2 (oci) :Yes ma'am. There's something to help mom.

Patient (yesica) :This ners I want to take medication because I've 2 days high fever ners.

Nurse 2 (oci) : Oh yes ma'am. Have a seat first, ma'am.

Patient(yesica) : Good ners.

Nurse 2 (oci) : mam please lie down first let me check mam. I checked the temperature for a
while. Can be raised his arms a little ma'am. I'm going to stick a thermometer in mam armpit

Patient (yesica) : Can ners

Nurse 2 (oci) : excusme ma'am. Okay ma'am it's 38 yes mam pretty high

Patient (yesica) : Yes ners.

Nurse 2 (oci) : Please return to the seat of ma'am.

Nurse 2 (oci) : From the examination of the mam it looks like the mam has a fever. and small
spots appear on the mam skin, both ma'am later after further examination and lab results come
out then the doctor will tell the mother about the diagnosis of maternal disease. Well to further
assess further. Our mam was hospitalized yes ma'am because the mother's condition now does
not allow to be treated at home.

Patient (yesica) : Good ners does not matter if I am treated ners for the sake of my recovery.

Nurse 2 (oci) : Let me deliver.

(After in the inpatient room)

Nurse 3 (aisha) : mam we put the infusion mam to add fluids to the ma’am body. If I stick a
needle into my hand please do not move much yes ma'am, keep calm, clench the hand and
breathe deeply and exhale slowly.    

Patient (yesica) :. Good ners

Nurse 3 (aisyah) : mam if to toilet please turn off the infusion clamps mam just push down
mom

Patient (yesica) : Yes ners later I turn off if you want to toilet ners.

Nurse 3 (aisha) : I'll excuse you ma'am

Nurse 4 (melisa) : Good afternoon mam. I want to see the infusion fluid mam for a moment yes

Patient (yesica) :Yes ners please just look at sus

Nurse 4 (melisa) : Well bu this infusion fluid mother is still a lot if you want to run out of mam
please press the button alaram . Or if the infusion fluid is not the way mam please can press
the button alaram her ma'am. I'll come check later

Patient (yesica) :Well ners later I will do if I need help

                                

Nurse 5 (agita) : Good night ma’am . It's no recommended medicine from the doctor. please
take the medicine 3 times a day yes ma'am, take the medicine after eating

 Patient (yesica) : well ners later after eating I will take the medicine

Nurse 5 (agita) : keep the ma’am sleep pattern yes, wash your hands before and after you do
something, do not think much.

Patient (yesica) : good ners thanks ners


Nurse 5 (agita) : then I'll excuse you first ma'am

Paien (yesica) : yes ners

(patient still continued hospitalization)
