RESOLUTION NO. 2019-07

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF ILECO 1 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STEP UP

TRANSFORMER IN THE BARANGAY TO AUGMENT THE CAPACITY NEEDED

WHEREAS, the residents of Barangay Camambugan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo are complaining
of the low voltage supply of ILECO 1;

WHEREAS, due to the low voltage, the barangay is experiencing frequent brownouts;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay agreed to request ILECO 1 to step up the

transformer;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SB member Jose Marie Suacillo, and duly seconded by
SB member Fernando Ganat Jr., be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request the office of ILECO 1 for the

installation of step up transformer in the barangay to augment the capacity needed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the office of ILECO 1,

Tigbauan, Iloilo for information and immediate action.

RESOLUTION NO. 2018-08

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF REA ANN SILLOREQUEZ, AS A

BARANGAY DAY CARE WORKER, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 23, 2018

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 389 b 5 of RA 7160, the Punong Barangay shall upon
approval by a majority of Sangguniang Barangay, appoint or replace the vacancy in the office of
the barangay day care worker;
 WHEREAS, the appointee is a person with good moral character, respected in the
barangay and willing to render service voluntarily;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sanguniang Barangay Member Jose Marie Suacillo and
duly seconded by Sanguniang Barangay Member Rodrigo Sondia;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to concur the appointment of Rea Ann Silloriquez,

as a Barangay Day Care Worker, effective September 23, 2018.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of the MLGOO-
DILG and the Municipal Mayor and other concerned Agencies.
